President Obama visited Army post Fort McNair in Washington, DC to talk about securing nuclear weapons. The speech marks twenty years since an agreement between Russia and the U.S. was made to secure nuclear weapons in former Soviet states. The Russian government announced in October that it would not renew the partnership when it expires next spring.
