President Obama spoke to reporters at a Cabinet meeting at the White House. The president spoke briefly thanking Cabinet members for the work they are doing on international issues and the ongoing drought in the midwest. He also spoke about providing certainty for the middle class and the economy and urged the House of Representatives to pass the middle class tax cut extension which just passed in the Senate.
