President Obama Remarks on Japanese Nuclear Crisis

President Obama made remarks from the White House Rose Garden on the nuclear crisis in Japan shortly after paying an unannounced visit to the Japanese Embassy.  After expressing condolences to the Japanese people, the president confirmed calling for an evacuation of U.S. citizens within a 50 mile radius of the reactors in northeastern Japan.  He also said that harmful radiation is not expected to reach U.S. territories.
