President Obama traveled to El Paso, Texas to speak to troops at Fort Bliss.
Prior to his speech, the President sat down for a roundtable discussion with service-members and military families.
The visit comes on the two-year anniversary of President Obama's last speech at Fort Bliss, when he announced the drawdown of troops and end of combat operations in Iraq.
