Presidential Daughters Talk About Life in the White House

Chautauqua, N.Y.
Wednesday, August 22, 2012

The Chauatauqua Institution hosts a conversation with Susan Ford Bales and Lynda Johnson Robb, two presidential daughters who spent part of their teenage years living at the White House.

Both daughters describe their memories of the traumatic events were part of their father’s presidencies – the death of JFK and Nixon’s resignation.

The discussion is moderated by John Avlon, a columnist for Newsweek/Daily Beast.
