Prime Minister Cameron answered questions from members of his coalition and the opposition. Topics included the government’s plan on lowering energy bills and the launch of an independent investigation into allegations of child sex abuse by a former BBC presenter. The Prime Minister told members that despite a recent European Union ruling, under his government prisoners would not be allowed to vote.
