Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney campaigns in Wisconsin ahead of Tuesday's primary. He delivers a speech in Appleton on "Restoring America's Promise."
He was joined by Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI) who endorsed Romney Friday morning after Congress passed Ryan's Budget plan Thursday night. Most of the Republican candidates have sought to link their economic policies to the Ryan plan.
A new NBC News/Marist Poll shows Romney leading in Wisconsin by 10 points. Wisconsin has 42 delegates up for grabs. Maryland and the District of Columbia will also hold primaries on Tuesday.
