Rick Santorum has won the non binding Missouri primary along with the Minnesota and Colorado caucuses. Addressing supporters at the St. Charles Convention Center in St. Charles, Missouri, Santorum said that "tonight was a victory for the voices of our party, conservatives and the tea party."
