Securities and Exchange Commissioner Dan Gallagher spoke to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness, Wednesday, on the SEC's 2013 Agenda.
His topics included potential Money Market Mutual Fund reform, the Volcker Rule and other Dodd-Frank rulemakings, which the Chamber of Commerce says are top priorities for the Chamber and its members.
Dan Gallagher was appointed by President Barack Obama and has been an SEC Commissioner since November of 2011. He previously worked at the SEC as a lawyer and as Deputy Director of the Division of Trading and Markets.
