Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and two of his deputies testified before the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Cmte. He outlined the Interior Department's $11.5 billion FY2013 Budget Request, which is close to FY2012 levels. The request includes savings of $516.8 million, based on some program reductions.
