Secretary of State Kerry Speaks at State Department

New Secretary of State John Kerry delivered his first remarks to State Department personnel this morning. The former five-term Massachusetts Senator was sworn in on Friday, replacing Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Over the weekend, Secretary Kerry spoke by phone to numerous world leaders, including Israeli and Palestinian Authority officials who discussed the status of stalled peace talks.
