Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) received the Kemp Leadership Award Tuesday in recognition of his leadership in advancing individual empowerment and economic growth.
Also speaking was Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), Chairman of the House Budget Committee and the 2011 recipient of the Kemp Leadership Award.
The award is given by the Jack Kemp Foundation, which promotes the late New York State Congressman's ideas regarding leadership and public policy.
