
Senate Appropriations Hearing on FY 2011 DOJ Budget

At a Senate Appropriations Subcmte. hearing, Attorney General Eric Holder testified on the President's fiscal year 2011 budget request of $29.2B for the Justice Department. In light of the recent attempted Times Square bombing, the Attorney General talked about the rights of U.S. citizens suspected of terrorism on American soil and stated that the Times Square suspect has "provided useful information to us about his activities."
