Senate Budget Markup on FY2011 Budget Resolution

The Senate Budget Committee began its mark-up of budget resolution, a blueprint that sets out the government's spending for fiscal year 2011. Senators gave opening statements and no votes were held. The Committee is scheduled to begin consideration of amendments to the resolution on Thursday.
