Consumer Product Safety Commission Chairman Inez Tenenbaum appeared at a hearing looking at the progress of a 2008 law that paved the way for more stringent manufacturing guidelines for children’s products and expanded the size of the agency. She was joined by fellow commissioners, consumer and public health advocates, and industry representatives.
