Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and other Senate Democrats briefed reporters on legislation that would ban lawmakers and staff from insider trading, also known as the “STOCK Act.". The bill will be up for a vote in the U.S. Senate later this afternoon, at 2pm.
