Two upcoming studies, including one done by Cornell University, indicate that drilling for natural gas in U.S. may not be as safe, or environmentally conscious as previously thought.  The Deputy Administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency Bob Persciasepe testified at a Senate Environment and Public Works Committee hearing on the subject.
