The Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere holds a hearing Thursday on U.S.-Cuba relations.

Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Roberta Jacobson discusses the Obama Administration’s decision to relax travel restrictions to Cuba for Cuban Americans and improving relations with the Communist country.

Former Cuban political prisoner and National Endowment for Democracy Fellow Normando Hernandez Gonzalez also testifies.
