Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) makes remarks about today's U.S. Supreme Court oral argument on the individual mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act. He is joined in the press conference by other GOP senators and several state attorneys general.
Speaking to reporters last Friday, the Senate Minority Leader called the Obama adminstration's health care act the "single worst piece of legislation that's been passed" and said that the Commerce Clause would be "meaningless" if the Supreme Court upholds the act's individual mandate, which requires citizens to purchase health insurance.
