House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) told Capitol Hill reporters this morning that he is ready to offer what he calls a “Plan B” proposal on the so-called "fiscal cliff." The bill would allow tax cuts to expire for people making over $1 million per year and keep current tax rates for everyone else. The president’s most recent proposal would allow tax cuts to expire for those making $400,000 per year and included $800 billion in spending cuts over 10 years.
