House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) blamed President Obama’s policies for the weak economy. The Republican leaders spoke several hours after the President called on Congress to pass jobs legislation. Speaker Boehner also said that the House next month will vote to extend current tax rates.
