State Department officials held a briefing on the upcoming U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue later this month. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will be joined at the Dialogue by the Chinese Co-Chairs for the third joint meeting in Washington DC, May 9-10.
