The State Department said Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has spoken with President Obama twice in recent days about military strikes in Libya.  Spokesman Marc Toner also talked about a recent decision to offer potassium iodide tablets to State Department staff in Japan.  Potassium iodide tablets are taken to inhibit the absorption of nuclear radiation.
