FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell looks at the Federal Communications Commission and the issues before the commission as the panel’s two empty seats have been filled by Jessica Rosenworcel (D) and Ajit Pai (R ). The FCC is a five-member commission and the Senate confirmed the two new members on May 7.
