UN Secretary General Remarks on Post-Gadhafi Libya

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon made remarks at the opening of a General Assembly meeting on the reported death or capture of former Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi. Mr. Ban said, "This is only the beginning; the road ahead is full of challenges." The Prime Minister of Libya, Mahmoud Jibril, said Gadhafi has been killed in his home town of Sirte, but the U.S. and NATO have not yet confirmed.
