U.S. Coast Guard Hearing on the Deepwater Horizon Explosion from Houston - Day 1

The U.S. Coast Guard and Bureau of Energy Management joint investigation into the Deepwater Horizon explosion began Monday in Houston. Federal investigators are trying to find out the causes of the Deepwater Horizon accident that left 11 people dead.
