The U.S. Institute of Peace hosted a discussion on Sudan's January 9th referenda vote on whether Southern Sudan will remain united with Northern Sudan or form an independent country. Panelists included representatives from the Government of Southern Sudan, the national unity government, as well as analysts who recently returned from Sudan.
