The U.S. Naval Institute and the Military Officers Association held its fifth annual defense forum on providing programs and services to severely injured service members. This year’s program focused on reintegrating returning war veterans into civilian life and issues of readjustment in the workplace and at home. This year’s all -day forum was held at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC.
