Co-authors of the book “The Kissing Sailor: The Mystery Behind the Photo That Ended World War II,” talk about their search for the couple in the famous Alfred Eisenstaedt photograph. We then hear from the people in the image as they talk about what brought them to Times Square on Victory Over Japan Day in 1945. The American Veterans Center hosted this event.
