VP Biden Addresses Colorado Shooting to Police Organizations

Vice President Joe Biden spoke before the 34th Annual Convention of the National Association of Police Organizations. He was expected to give a policy address but his remarks were focused on the victims of the shooting in Aurora, Colorado and first responders.

NAPO is a national group representing Police unions and organizations, and according to it's website, has over 2,000 member organizations across the country. The Top Cops program, which gives state and national-level awards and has been featured at White House events, is part of NAPO.
