Topic: The Supreme Court’s decision earlier this month that struck down a Montana ban on corporate political money, ruling 5 to 4 that the controversial 2010 Citizens United ruling applies to state and local elections.  Our conversation will also include how the Citizens United ruling is affecting the 2012 election cycle; the role of outside group spending in 2012 by both super PACs and non-profit groups that do not have to disclose our donors; and campaign finance measures being considered in Congress.
