Our guest explained what for-profit colleges are and who they cater to, and respond to a recent report by the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions that showed billions of taxpayer dollars are being invested in for-profit colleges even as the schools spend only part of their money on student instruction and less than half their students earn a degree or diploma.
