Mr. Traub discussed the so-called “Obama Doctrine” and the administration’s commitment to multilateral institutions, especially the United Nations. He also discuss his recent profile of Susan Rice, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., and speculation that she will be tapped as Secretary of State if there’s a second Obama term. Though, Hillary Clinton has said she would not serve in a second term in the Cabinet.
