Topic: Guest will discuss the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, which bars American companies from bribing officials overseas to obtain business.  The law has been invoked given a recent investigation that Wal-Mart allegedly suppressed an internal investigation into bribery in Mexico in 2005.
