Topic: This week, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid confirmed that he would seek changes to filibuster rules in the 113th Congress.  The procedure allows a single member of Congress to extend debate with the intent to delay or prevent a vote on a proposal.  Guest will discuss the historical use of the procedure, the proposed changes and how it might change procedure in the Senate.

Topic: Unless Congress acts before the end of the year, four key credits for families will revert back to previous levels. Guest will discuss those tax benefits as well as tax credits for businesses that are slated to expire in 2012.
