Topic:  The GAO has analyzed whether detainees held at Guantanamo Bay could be kept in any of six U.S detention facilities operated by the Department of Defense or other facilities operated by the Department of Justice.  Guest will discuss the current facilities at Guantanamo Bay and factors to be considered should a decision be made to move detainees stateside.
