Topic: Guest will discuss President Obama’s reelection campaign and strategy, whether Congressional & Gubernatorial Democratic candidates will work with the President in their reelection bids, Obama’s job approval and his Republican rivals.  Guest will also discuss his 2010 book “Herding Donkeys:  The Fight to Rebuild the Democratic Party and Reshape American Politics” which just came out in paperback.

Topic: Discuss the future policy options the United States could use against Iran over concerns of its nuclear program.  Currently sanctions are in place but Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has been quoted saying the U.S. is “prepared to respond if we have to”. 

9:15am - Sheila Krumholz, Center for Responsive Politics, Executive Director

Topic: Guest will discuss the fundraising numbers for campaigns and Super PACs released last week. She will also explain the different industries supporting candidates, big vs small donors, President Obama’s bundlers and campaign spending so far.
