John Wonderlich, The Sunlight Foundation, Policy  Director & Paul Krawzak, Congressional Quarterly, Staff Writer discusses the formation, composition, and public disclosure provisions for the so-called “Super Congress” – the group of lawmakers who will be tasked with identifying $1.5 trillion in debt reduction over the next ten years, as required by the new debt deal.

Peter Coy, Bloomberg Businessweek, Economics Editor discusses his recent Bloomberg Businessweek cover story entitled “Why The Debt Crisis is Even Worse Than You Think.”

 Vincent Cochetel, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Regional Representative spoke about drought and famine in Africa, particularly in Somalia. He also talked about the extent of the natural disaster, political instability in the region, and the extent of the refugee crisis.
