Topic: Guest will talk about the looming battles over the Affordable Care Act in Congress, the Courts, and at the state level. They include issues over Medicaid, federal subsides, taxes, insurance rules and the Independent Payment Advisory Board.

Topic: The Payroll Tax Cut were enacted in 2010 with the idea of increasing take-home pay for Americans with hopes of boosting the economy.  Critics however say it did not provide a boost and it caused long-term harm to Social Security.  Guest will discuss what led to the cuts being put into place, how much taxpayers benefited, what they did with the extra money and the political will for the White House and Congress to extend the cut.
