Phoner: Russell Berman, The Hill, Congressional Reporter gives a preview of the key events to watch in Congress this week, such as the dueling Republican & Democratic continuing resolutions to fund the government, the House hearing to be held Thursday by Homeland Security by Chairman Peter King on radicalization of U.S. Muslims, and numerous appropriations hearings.

Gen. Michael Hayden (Ret.), Former CIA Director (2006-09) and The Chertoff Group, Principal goes over the latest developments out of Libya and what the Obama administration’s response should be to the political unrest and violence. Gen. Hayden talks about other national security issues in the news, including Iran, cyber security threats and Rep. King's plans to hold a hearing this week on the radicalization of Muslims.

Lily Eskelsen, National Education Association, Vice President explains how budgetary cutbacks are affecting teachers and students, as well as impact of union negotiations on the education system. She has over 20 years experience in the labor union movement.

Eric Lichtblau, New York Times, National Security Reporter discusses lobbying by former public officials on the behalf of foreign nations on issues like diplomacy, arms deals, terrorism and oil and trade restrictions.
