Wilson Center Hosts Discussion on Nuclear Talks with Iran

A panel of experts looked at the ongoing nuclear talks with Iran and compared the last year of negotiations with previous efforts.

Iran resumed negotiations with representatives of the five permanent members of the Security Council, plus Turkey and Germany last April. Since then, four meetings have taken place in Switzerland, Turkey, and Russia. 

Participants include: Trita Parsi, president of the National Iranian American Council; Mustafa Kibaroglu, chair, International Relations Department and director of the Center for Eurasian Studies at Okan University in Istanbul; Monica Herz, director of the Institute of International Relations at Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro; and Michael Adler, Public Policy Scholar at Woodrow Wilson Center.
