Historian and author Robert Rydell examines how world’s fairs inspired and promoted innovation in architecture, the arts, science, and consumer culture. Mr. Rydell is the author of “All the World’s a Fair” and teaches history at Montana State University. The Kansas City Public Library hosted the event.
