Wyoming State of the State Address

Cheyenne, WY
Wednesday, January 9, 2013

Wyoming Governor Matt Mead (R) delivered his state of the state address at the State House in Cheyenne. He talked about his state’s accomplishments in energy resources, tourism and technology but stated his strong objection to the Affordable Care Act. He added that even though the ACA is law, Wyoming was prepared to offer options that provided “state specific solutions." Governor Mead was elected in 2010 and is Wyoming’s 32nd governor.
