Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass both struggled to acquire an education during their lifetimes. Education was extremely important, and the topic of a recent Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission Town Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. The event featured presentations from young people inspired by their speeches and writings, followed by a panel of educators and artists.
