Historian Robert Dallek talked about his book "Harry S. Truman: The American Presidents Series: The 33rd President, 1945-1953." Mr. Dallek remembers the 33rd president for his 1948 "whistlestop campaign," America's introduction to the nuclear age and his foreign policy decisions that the author contends defined the Cold War.
