Ms. Bober talked about her book, "Countdown to Independence: A Revolution of Ideas in England and Her American Colonies: 1760-1776." The book focuses on the period beginning with the ascendance of George III to the throne of Great Britain and ending with the approval of the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress.
