Lisa Monaco, assistant attorney general for national security, delivered the keynote address at a meeting of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Law and National Security.

Lisa Monaco works on issues related to how the U.S. government prosecutes terrorism cases. She has been rumored to be a potential candidate for FBI Director. She is expected to discuss the challenges in national security law, including emerging issues in the field.
