Paul Stockton, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas' Security Affairs, recently spoke on improving the resilience of the U.S. electric power grid at George Washington University.
Mr. Stockton discussed how to best protect the grid from physical and cyber threats and answered questions from the audience.
