Caroline Kennedy, the daughter of President John F. Kennedy, campaigned in New Hampshire for two days this week in support of President Barack Obama's re-election bid.
Wednesday, she began her Granite State tour at the Organizing For America New Hampshire headquarters in Nashua. She compared her father's run for President in 1960 with President Obama's re-election efforts this year. " I’ve always thought my father’s greatest legacy are the people he inspired,” she said. “Obama has shown the leadership and character that my father wrote about in ‘Profiles in Courage.’ But we know that change isn’t easy, it takes time.”
She also spoke at the Puritan Conference Center in Manchester later in that evening. Thursday morning, she spoke at the Hart's Turkey Farm in Meredith.
She endorsed then-Senator Obama for President in a January 2008 New York Times op-ed entitled "A President Like My Father." President Obama campaigning in at a high school in Durham, New Hampshire on Monday.
