Education, HHS Secretaries Visit Maryland Elementary School

Secretaries Arne Duncan and Kathleen Sebelius visit an elementary school in suburban Washington, D.C., to discuss head start programs and student health clinics.

They are seeking to highlight how sequestration will affect these programs, and their importance for learning outcomes among lower-income students.
